Conversion Talents ends the year 2017 with more placements and more clients than ever before

Brussels, 20/02/2018

2017 was a record breaking year for Conversion Talent with more candidates placed at our clients than ever before, as well as a substantial rise in the intake of internal personnel. It was a period of substantial change as the company adapted to tackle the challenges of a rapidly shifting economy that is waking up to the obstacles and opportunities presented by digitalisation.

This year reaffirmed the belief that the demand for digital talent and expertise will only continue to grow as competition intensifies amongst Europe’s leading companies.

Conversion Talent has continued on an upward trajectory, expanding its reach by strengthening bonds with existing clients such as BNP Paribas Fortis and Telenet whilst also building exciting new partnerships with brands that operate at the cutting edge of their respective industries.

The key to developing and maintaining such links can be found in the tireless efforts to develop a comprehensive range of digital solutions, ensuring that clients are able to reach their full digital potential.

At the time of writing, the company has over 65 active consultants working on projects across sectors ranging from transport and retail to banking and finance. These consultants are helping to advise clients on how to navigate what has become an increasingly digital economy. Whether that is how to build an app that offers the best possible user experience or ensuring that a company is getting the most out of of their investment in a CRM system, Conversion Talent has constantly been able to deliver high level solutions. As demand for such expertise continues to rise, Conversion Talent will look to expand its consultancy operation in 2018.

2017 also signalled the launch of Conversion Partners, an exciting new initiative made up of some of Belgium’s leading digital minds. This new arm of the business will work with the management teams of existing and future clients to help implement large-scale digital change. Conversion Partners is made up of experts with a wide variety of specialities from experienced CX experts in digital transformation to management consultants. The combined extensive skill set means that clients will be guaranteed the smoothest possible digital transformation during what can often appear to be a turbulent time. In February their new website www.conversionpartners.eu was just launched.

Finally, one of the key priorities of 2017 was to increasingly focus on building a greater sense of community amongst digital experts working within the Benelux region. Conversion Talent put on a series of roundtable events, as well as more casual meet-ups aimed at fostering a space in which knowledge and experience can be exchanged. The great success of this initiative has prompted the company to continue to grow this series in 2018 with more workshops and talks planned. The social calendar kicked-off the 31st January with our second Community Event. At this great event the Conversion Talent community gathered to get to know each other and share best practices. The evening focussed on how to implement successful digital change according to the Six Batteries of Change methodology proposed by Peter de Prins and Geert Letens who make up a core part of the Conversion Partners team.
