Fixx iT acquired by Entelect Software
Zeist, Netherlands – January 22, 2019
Fixx iT BV, a software engineering and professional services company headquartered in Zeist, Netherlands, has entered into an agreement with (South African based) Entelect Software, a leading software engineering and solutions organisation, to purchase a majority stake of 87.5% in the Dutch company.

Entelect will take a majority stake of 87.5% of Fixx iT. Over time, Fixx iT will be rebranded as Entelect Europe and combine the best of what has made both parties successful to date. Ronald Kuyper (founder of Fixx iT) and Sonja Poortman (Managing Director of Fixx iT), will take care of a smooth transition from the Dutch side.
