Or Yehuda, Israel, June 17, 2020 – Magic Software Enterprises Ltd., a global provider of end-to-end low code integration and application development platforms solutions and IT consulting services, announced today that it completed the acquisition of Netherlands based companies, Magic-Hands B.V and Knowledge & Solutions Software B.V to expand its footprint in the Western Europe market.
Alongside the acquisition Magic appointed the co- CEO of Magic Hands, Mr. Peter Vos and Mr. Peter Bruining, as CEO and President of Magic Benelux, respectively, to lead and continue the growth of Magics’ business in the Benelux and Nordic region. Both companies’ teams of experts include 30 professionals that are responsible of support, development, project delivery, marketing, and sales, all for the purpose of collaborating closely with our existing and new customers and achieve marketing edge.
