Ordina closes BPO mortgage processing deal with REAAL Verzekeringen

Nieuwegein, the Netherlands, 15 January 2007

Today, REAAL Verzekeringen and Ordina signed a letter of intent for the business process outsourcing of part of REAAL Verzekeringen's mortgage administration activities to Ordina. The transaction will involve the outsourcing of back-office activities relating to mortgage loans administered for third parties. The parties plan to transfer these business processes to Ordina as at 1 April 2007.
