Ordina partially acquires Rabobank ICT operations

Rabobank and Ordina sign for seven-year contract

Nieuwegein, the Netherlands, 1 May 2007

Further to the letter of intent that was announced on 19 December 2006, today Rabobank and Ordina announced that the bank has partially transferred the system development activities of Rabobank Group ICT to Ordina. Cognizant is Ordina's off shore partner and will act as a subcontractor.
