Ordina closes BPO mortgage processing deal with REAAL Verzekeringen

Nieuwegein, the Netherlands, 25 april 2007

Further to the letter of intent that was announced on 15 January 2007, REAAL Verzekeringen and Ordina signed an agreement today for the business process outsourcing of part of REAAL Verzekeringen's mortgage administration activities to Ordina. The transaction will involve the outsourcing of back-office activities relating to mortgage loans that REAAL administers for third parties. The transfer of these business processes to Ordina is due to take place as from 1 May 2007. Starting 1 July 2008, Ordina will also become responsible for the related IT systems.
