Ordina reinforces market position by the attended acquisition of the full ownership of Be Value Nieuwegein, the Netherlands, 10 August 2006 Ordina has signed a letter of intent for the acquisition of the full share capital of Be Value B.V. Be Value B.V. is an enterprise specialising in consulting and, following naturally from the issues on which it consults, the development of applications that serve to improve and support its clients' business operations. Be Value's services focus strongly on the accessibility and application of knowledge, which is particularly relevant for information and knowledge-intensive enterprises and institutions. Be Value specializes also in the creation of a higher agility for organisations by offering architecture and consulting services in the field of ICT infrastructures. Based on its specialist profile, Be Value has cornered a strong position in the Dutch market, predominantly with government agencies and a number of financial institutions.
