Ordina sells ApplicationNet

Ordina N.V. announces that, today, it has sold all shares in its subsidiary ApplicationNet B.V. to the company's management. ApplicationNet is a service provider specializing in the remote management of computer applications and work station services, which are made available through a network connection to end customers. Ordina acquired the shares in ApplicationNet as part of the acquisition of Vertis B.V. and Magentis B.V. in January 2006.
