Ordina signs letter of intent for 100% acquisition of Bergson

Ordina signed a letter of intent for the acquisition of a 100% interest in the share
capital of Bergson Holding B.V.

Bergson is a company engaged in high-grade technical automation. Bergson's services mainly
comprise architecture, design, development, test and process support relative to software
for complex equipment, systems and machinery in complex and demanding high tech
environments. For example Bergson has contributed for ASML with a softwareteam of
architects and developers to a production machine that makes a revealing miniaturisation
of computer chips possible. Important clients of Bergson include also  leading players
like Philips Medical Systems, Philips Research, OCE, BOSCH and SIEMENS VDO. They have
been top-10 accounts for years.
