Ordina renews and enlarges credit facilities

Further to the pre-announcement at the publication of the semi annual figures and in line with the acceleration of the execution of our acquisition strategy, by which Ordina has started to use more debt, Ordina has renewed and enlarged its credit facilities today. The new financing facilities replace the overdraft facilities that Ordina had in place of EUR 75 million.
