Today, Ordina signed a letter of intent for the acquisition of the full share capital of YoungWood IT Group B.V. YoungWood is a specialist supplier of high-quality ICT services and consultancy to financial services providers in particular. YoungWood has an excellent track record in guaranteeing the continuity of key business-critical applications, such as Internet banking, bank machines and point-of-sale terminals, and for international money transfers.
