Ordina signs letter of intent for full acquisition of Wisdom

Nieuwegein, the Netherlands, 21 September 2006

Ordina has signed a letter of intent for the acquisition of a 100% interest in the share
capital of Wisdom TMLC B.V. and The Missing Link B.V. These two companies conduct all
operations of the Wisdom Group.
