Results Orange SeNSe Fund N.V. over the financial year 2005/2006

David Simons, Managing Director: 'The investment results of Orange SeNSe Fund N.V. are again outstanding over the reporting period. These results are driven by a continuous improvement of corporate results on the back of accelerating growth of European economies, and as well as the benefits of cost cutting efforts. Another major driver for stock price increase was a rise in M&A activity. As the Orange SeNSe Fund N.V. endeavours to combine strong investment results with higher standards on social responsibility issues, such as environmental awareness and ethical standards, the engagement process with companies on SRI standards continues unabated in order to increase awareness to ever higher levels.'

'Although providing a short-term outlook for the return prospects of the fund is rather hard, we believe it is unlikely that the annual returns as recorded over the last three years will be repeated in the next twelve months. For the longer-term, we are optimistic, as we continue to uncover attractive investment opportunities, based on a bottom-up stock selection process, focusing on identifying high quality companies and companies undergoing structural change.'

The annual report 2005/2006 is expected to be available at the end of November 2006.

The key figures as at 30 September 2006 were as follows.

Net assets: EUR62.4m
Number of outstanding shares: 2,315,177
Net asset value per share: EUR26.71
Market price per share: EUR27.00
Total investment return based on net asset value per share: 29.8%
